    Hi,

Just wondering does anyone know where I could do a course on food safety and also a haccp course in Galway. Any idea how much they cost and how long they run.

    Any info much appreciated.

    thanks

If you contact your local EHO they should be able to help you out with that.

Any idea how much they cost depends on who's running it - FAS funding is usually available tho. contact them.

and how long they run. depends which course you do. there are several segments

    Any info much appreciated.

    thanks

used to be Fas subsidised...not too sure if it still is.
anything worth doing is a minimum of 2 days with a Fetac certification.

Alot of misinterpretation of how to implement a truely reflective & effective HACCP system, so well worth paying out to do the certified course.

    price...think its about €600.

thanks a mill for all your replies.

I have checked and there is a list of individual trainers on the FSAI or EHO (can't remember which one right now)website, but not sure who to book with. If anyone has any recommendations or personal experience please let me know.

    thanks again
