To sync different music to different iPods you'll have to create separate playlists for each.

    ?????
Your playlists stay the same. You tick the manually manage music, and add or remove which ever playlists you want. I don't think separate libraries is possible, I have a feeling you would have to create a new user account, adn that seems messy.

Different playlist is the easiest, but different libraries is possible, on a mac hold down option/alt while opening iTunes, on windows I think you hold down shift
From here you can select/create different libraries

    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1495 has all you need

It's probably easiest if you have seperate windows accounts and share the music library to both accounts. Then you'll have the same music but all your iTunes settings, podcasts etc can be different on each iPod.

    You have two iPods so:

1-Create a playlist for each(Say iPod 1 and iPod 2) and drag whatever music you want to each.
2-When you plug in the iPod go to it in iTunes on the left.
3-Along the top go to music.
4-Under Sync Music tick Selected Playlists, artists, and genres.
5-Under that select the playlist you want on that iPod.

    To view the libraries separately:

1-Along the left hand side of iTunes there should be a playlists section.
2-Click the playlist you want to view the songs in it.
