    Italy like France have already banned unregistered GSM sim cards which can also accedd the net, something Gordon Brown is trying to bring into the UK. .

    All it would take would be a big spectacular spawned off unanimously from an internet cafe. Private users could also be hit with online compulsory administration access codes before they get on line.
