It also introduced higher upload speeds of 512Kbps for the 2Mbps plan. Regulator EET said it had approved changes in OTE's wholesale broadband offering, but the retail changes had not been approved. It called on the company to submit more details on its retail offers to ensure they meet competition regulations.
