Unusual foreign illnesses

Was wondering if anybody had examples of these. You know, culture-specific illnesses that don't easily translate to English.

Like "Crise de Foie" in France. What is it? Who knows! Could be indigestion, could be a hangover, could be biliary colic. It's French! You need to be French to get it, it seems.

Maybe "Man flu" is the English-speaking world's example.

    Any others?
