Tips on how to sharpen up for club champ.

    The club championship is a 8 weeks away,I train 4 or 5 nites a week,i still not hopping off the ground,any tips,im findind it difficult to shift weight from backside too even though i try eat well,any advice please?

    what sort of training are you doing? How long (time wise) etc....

    I train twice a week with team plus game at wkend,i might do a weight session one day and a core session too another day.

    I'd find that long before championship that I wouldn't be hopping either, week before hand I'd be alright. With the club we'd taper off training and that in the two weeks before hand, would all change to ballwork and specifics, and you'd be up for it
