    hello,
    I damaged my laptop by dropping it unfortunately and have insurance i was wondering would i be covered for that because i did it?

    Their coverplan covers accidental damage, so you should be covered. There should be a number on your coverplan document to ring for laptops. A courier then collects the laptop to assess it. They don't take them in store if they can help it as far as I know.
