Working Part Time & Still getting full JSA

    OH has been sending in the yellow slips (X's and O's) for a month now as he is working 3 days a week. He is still getting cheques though for the full amount (€196). Any idea whats the problem?
    I dont want SW sending a letter in a couple of weeks saying he owes them money!

    I think you will find that he may owe them money, if it is their fault then don't worry too much about it, but I think he may have to pay it back. I would let them know as soon as possible. There may be something that I am missing and he may be entitled to it, but I don't think he is. I would ring them up and see, just to be sure.
