    Hey all,
I've had my iPhone 3g since launch and as such the battery's becomming less reliable. I was thinking of putting a higher capacity battery in its place.

I have no problem with opening and replacing the battery as I've had to do that to fix acouple of things in it already (the silent switch).

I'm not sure about getting one off the first site I come accross incase my phone explodes..

I was wondering if anyone else has done this? and maybe could recommend a good place to get a battery?

    Thanks

Haven't done it myself but www.ccity.ie sell them. I'm sure they'll post one to you if you give them a buzz.
