Capabilities of the average netbook

I have a powerful laptop at the minute but it is quite bulky. I'm thinking about replacing it with a Netbook. Something along the lines of a Dell Mini 10.
It has a Intel® AtomTM N450 Single Core, 1.66GHz, 1 GB RAM. Full Specs here.

My question is would this Netbook be able to handle some of the software I use?
Things like Dreamweaver, Photoshop (very basic things like resizing), Illustrator. Dreamweaver would be my priority.

If you were going to make it your primary computer, I would get something a bit more powerful. There are plenty of 11.6" and 13.3" laptops with more power than a netbook, but still a lot of portability and battery life.
