    hi there,
im 27yr old guy, 6'0, healthy etc but i have very low blood pressure apparently 52 over whatever, where the norm is 80. my question is should i add more salt to my diet (considering we all consume more salt than we should if the papers are to be believed) to raise the pressure and would this have any bearing on erectile function?

    cheers

My hubby is the other way, very high blood pressure, he isnt allowed any salt at all.

It would seem to make sense to add salt to your diet but im not medically qualified to tell you to do that, ask your doctor.

my bp was always low up until 3 years ago, then i gained weight and now have normal bp.

    What did your GP recommend?

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.
