    Not surprising really. The music they feature always explodes on itunes after the shows.

    Madonna will be pleased!

    I noticed immediately after the madonna show, E4 had an advertisement for
    one of her greatest hits albums, Glee introduces a new generation
    to that era of music.

    Glee have increased the revenue for a load of stars whose songs are sung on the show, Rhianna's song nearly doubled in popularity for downloads when it was covered, there were a few other examples as well that I can't think of off the top of my head
