Rent Allowance Question re: level of accomodation

I am currently signing on and in reciept of rent allowance. I live in a large house (4 bed) and only share with one other. Its a lovely house but it is old and I cant afford to spend another winter here as it is very badly insultaed and costs a fortune to heat. I have found a new house, its a 4 bed too but is brand new and has a very high BER rating and has solar panels which Im sure will lower the cost of heating greatly.

Its a beautiful house, not the kind of place you would often see on the market but it is only 670pm. I will be sharing with my current house mate. My quesiton is, even though the rent is under the guidleines will the CWO have any issue with my renting such a nice place? Maybe this is a stupid question but I am really worried that they will take one look at the place and laugh in my face. Its all above board so I guess I shouldnt be worrying, and also I am not planning on being on the dole for much longer, so Im thinking why should I pass up the opportunity of living in such a nice place.

If anyone has any insight or has been in any similar situation I would be very grateful.

    Thanks in advance,
