    I'm afraid yes you have, those are SPD-SL pedals and SPD shoes, alas 2 different series/connections

    i'd return the shoes to CRC and get some SPD-SL ones...

    I just saw spd and thought they match !!!

    I'm on a budget so i'll have to try and find shoes on there site in my size !

    Unless you really want road shoes, I'd suggest you go for these SPD pedals. The advantage of the SPD shoes is that you can actually walk in them as well as cycle. SPD-SL road pedals are really only for racing.

    I think thats a good idea as i haven't a clue what i'm doing !!!

    The shoes are a nice fit and i can pop the pedals in a jiffy bag in the morning !

    I take it they will come with the cleats to match my shoes and then i am good to go ???

    +1 to that, they're a very good pedal especially if you're just starting to use clipless.
