ideas to run a community center

    hey all this is my first thread so dont no if im in the right area so any feedback would be great, anyway im taking over the running of a local complex/community center and need ideas of how to make it generate income,one idea was running of the odd party during the year but whats the story with a drink licence? hall can be adapted for anything with smaller hall for different activities. any ideas would be great.

    Rent it out to musicians who need an area to "jam" in. Would get some interest I would say.
