Multilanguage Plugin for Wordpress

Hi Lads, I've used Joomfish a few times for Joomla and find it pretty good, I have a couple of sites in wordpress that I would like to convert to different languages and I was wondering if anyone could recommend one of these plugins? http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tags/multilanguage Thanks Gary
