Steroid Infusions?

    Hi,

    I have to go to have a 4 day run of Steroid Infusions for headaches,
    Has anybody had these before and what is your view on it please and what does it entail.
    Any side effects?

    Have had steroids for MS, funny taste in mouth ,headaches(!!) and difficulty sleeping(may be partly caused by being in a hospital setting).I could only get them as in in-patient,which meant for 23 hours a day there was nothing else going on!!Bring lots of books.
