    The following is probably easy to understand, but also easily to make a mistaken and for 20Euros a time I want to get it right. Can someone please help me out?

    The following info came via www.prai.ie. Form 11

    Full name of the Grantor* i.e. name of person disposing of the property to include Christian or Forename.

    This is a definition for: grantor n. the party who transfers title in real property (seller, giver) to another (buyer, recipient, donee) by grant deed or quit claim deed.

    In relation to Form 11 what is the meaning of Grantor?
    What is the meaning of Disposing?

    Thinks, disposing is the present tense (on the market), or is it an option to dispose at any time.

    When I know the name of the person to search what does “a copy of the memorial” mean?

    The form starts with I, A.B and finishes I, E.F what do these abbreviations stand for.

    The form is =designed to be a standard wording htat can be edited as necessary.

    If you are doing (lots of) these, you should really use a solicitor.

    I suspect it means a will or similar, but you will need to check properly.
    The form starts with I, A.B and finishes I, E.F what do these abbreviations stand for.
    You put in the appropriate person's name, so it might be "I, Alor Star, of the registered owner ..."

    Application for conversion of possessory title registered over 12 years?

    The memorial is basically a summary of the deed. This is the only information the Reg of Deed retains. This includes names of parties, description of property, date of transfer, rent and term if applicable. The memorial has been replaced a year ago with a standard form with plenty of boxes!
