OK, this is prob as easy to do as it was for me to type this but I'm new to this network craic.

I've a Netopia Eircom router but no broadband. I want to use the router to just set up a network for file access. I've the main PC which will be connected to the router via cable & the laptop & PS3 via wifi.

How do I go about setting this up?

    Thanks in advance,
    Seán

Just set up a wireless network in the usual way.

Enter the wifi security key into the appropriate software on the wifi-connecting devices. Check the router's pages at http://192.168.1.254, you can find the IP#s of connected devices, and connect to them as shared network drives by IP address or NETBIOS name, like \\192.168.1.254\sharedfoldername or \\netbiosname\sharedfoldername
