Came across this Ellsworth Hopper ladies bike at the weekend that my wife seems to like. As you can see the bike isn't in too bad a condition. Gave it a quick clean over the weekend, cleaned the chain & cogs and it seems to go fairly well. The breakes however could do with some work. They are lovely steel breaks with, to me at least, quite an unusual breaking system. I would like to get these working well again, new break pads will be needed at least I think. The bike is quite rusty but it's only surface rust so nothing that some wire wool cant sort out. Will eventually replace the saddle as this one has seen better days. For now though if I get the breaks done & new tiers I'll will be happy. Could anyone suggest a good bike shop that could do this work?
    Thanks.

What do you mean by "came across"?

Those brakes are called rod brakes I believe.

Square Wheels might be a good bet for this sort of job.
