Hey Folks, Im living in an old house and as we done a bit of digging in the garden we found quite a lot of old walls. We have now about 1000 Old stones in a pile. They are all lovely stones and would look great if somebody built them in a wall.Do builders use these stones to build or would they insist on buying them from a supplier? I presume some of our stones would have to be shapedRegards

There is a market for that kind of stone and I would advise to take a few pictures of it and advertise on local newspapers and sites like Donedeal.ie

Of course the price depends on the quality and type of the stone.

    Regards
    Tommy

as tommy said there is a great market for stone. Do you know what type of stone it is? Salvage yards are always looking for old building stone like that so it would be worth a few phonecalls
