Capture Card trouble

Hi,got a Easycap capture card recently and finally got it to work yesterday but when im on ulead the video capturing software,the screen where its showing what im playin on the ps3 freezes.this happens alot of the time ive only once ever got it to work at the same speed as the game but it then froze after 5 secs..Anyone…
