world at war SECOND CHANCE COWARDS..the absolute worst perk going

    i need to vent my spleen at the absolute worst most horrible unfair perk in call of duty (waw).
    ive had this game for about a year and a bit and ive become a pretty decent sniper (ptrs or the m1garand scoped) are my poison.
    i only play hardcore because at the start i was led to believe thats its pretty much ................one shot - one kill.
    but no...how can treyarch made such a wicked stupid perk like that allowing a little pistol to inflict damage from a guy who has just shot been down by a high powered gun.

    example.

    ....last night i was playing makin night and i sniped a guy who was at #65 (top prestige) who was running away from the roundhouse down towards the stream (you should be familair with where that is....and i had sniped from way back at the house with the bunkbeds....at the door) where he quickly turned around and from distance ..killed me with a shot of his little pistol...and got me later in the game too..........and then messaged me to tell me i was useless.....ammm hang on buddy ...only wimps in core should be using that..

    does anyone else shout stuff at the screen when some wimp pistol whips you like that ..coz i do..

    and its the worst perk in all of the call of duty games in my view :mad:

    if he was able to turn and kill you from distance with a pistol before you could get him with a sniper rifle then he was right, you are useless.

    playing hardcore is just confirmation.

    the irony of your username was not lost on me there

    and im talking about the perk in general...as in 50 times a game....

    and im neither brilliant nor useless....just that cowardly perk gets me brown bread

    You should've finished him off with a second shot, the perk is there, you need to expect the unexpected.

    +1, with that perk, you should really have time to pick him off from a distance before he can turn and aim and blast you with a pistol.

    I only breifly read through his post but I'd say what happened is .........he shot a lad ( being that it was hardcore) he looked away thinking yer man was dead then bang he didnt have time to react .....hes right its the most pathetic perk in any COD game 2nd chance/last stand nonsence

    normally when im using a sniper rifle ...theres like.....literally a split second when they fall to the ground and they just get in ahead of you before your second shot.
    thats the one im on about.....

    i agree yea I SHOULD be able to snipe him a second time quick but surely the second chancers have killed you lot plenty of times

    (ps i dont mean any offence to anyone ..just this perk gets on my tits fairly often)

    There are always going to be perks / weapons etc that are going to get on peoples nerves.
    In fairness to the bloke if he got you with a pistol before you had the chance to get a second shot off he must have been somewhat good.

    That perk can be a pain in the arse but you just got to deal with it i guess.

    bit harsh maybe ???

    and i dont know i can see why you think its frustrating but i tend to pick a class with it on when theres numerous 10 year olds with rockets/tubes playing who repetatively spawn shoot a rocket die and repeat
