    Hi folks.

I work for a large call centre firm, contracted out to a very large multinational.

I started over a year ago with a 1 year fixed term contract.

My employer refuses to give me a new contract despite my old one expiring and me continuing to work for them (promotion etc in meantime). They say nothing has been decided.

Now the contract wasn't great anyway, 1 week notice etc.

    My questions are:

    1. Am I entitled to a contract if I'm still working for them?
    2. Is it actually worth pursuing give current climate and how poor the old contact terms were?

AFAIK if you have not signed a contract you are subject to the standard contract and terms of employment. Cant find a link to back this up atm so I could be wrong
