    hey guys ..
    i must have missed the lectures on the day this was being discussed ...but can anyone help with the following revision exam questions that we got.
    ive checked the net and i just cant seem to put my finger on it
    questions are

    "outline 5 essential characteristics of an effective reward system as outlined by lawlor"

    and

    "reward management ...what is job evaluation and what are advantages and disadvanatges of it"

    any help would be greatly appreciated
