Laptop for less than €650?

Can anyone recommend a laptop with a max budget of €650 for my Dad, either online or in a shop.

At the moment he can't really do much other than browse the net. It needs a large hard drive in order to store multimedia, at least 200GB but ideally 300GB. A decent battery life and be sturdy for lugging around airports and construction sites.

I have a Dell laptop and I think they call it a True Life LCD display, its basically a reflective screen. He gets headaches from looking at pc screens wearing his glasses unless it has this type of display. So it would need a screen like this. I suppose at least a 15 inch screen.

Is there a huge difference between Vista and Windows 7, I know Windows 7 is faster but he's used to using Vista. Do you think he would adjust to it easily?

    Thanks
