I think it could be argued that people who print leaflets may not know a lot about doing websites and people who do websites may not know a lot about printing leaflets. I may be wrong but I think you would be better getting a seperare supplier for each.

I've been using a boards user for graphic design, she's designed logos, business cards, flyers and graphics for my website...

www.leafletcompany.ie - used them in the past and are also a client of ours.

I agree with the posts about web design though - you should stick to the web design agencies if you want the best web job done!
