    Hi folks
As title says I'm looking at flying Dublin to London - heading to Finsbury Park over the wknd for a day or 2.

At the moment it looks like perhaps get Ryanair to Gatwick and then head from there?

Anyone have any pointers or recommendations etc?

    Thanks in advance

London has to be the easiest City in the world to get around. Hop on a tube, you'll never really end up lost or too far from anywhere.

Actually, a flight to Stansted might be best. Get the Stansted Express to Tottenham Hale, and then you're just two tube stops on the Victoria Line away from Finsbury Park :)

Gatwick can work too: Train to Victoria, change to the Victoria line tube and get off at Finsbury Park

The Stansted flight time on the way back is preferable to gatwick, thats about the only reason really.

was just wondering if anyone had any great preferences but doesn't seem to be a huge commute difference between gatwick/stansted & Finsbury

    cheers

the express trains form stansted and gatwick are a complete rip off. I usually fly to Gatwick and get the cheapest train to central London which is £17 return, and the train only makes one stop so it's almost as good as express!
