No Lost Tonight

For reasons unknown to me it appears Lost isn't on tonight.

ABC seems to be showing Episode 9, Ab Aeterno again.


I'm pretty disapointed :mad:

I'm disappointed because they stated that they wouldn't be taking any breaks this session. They said they would be doing 1 clean uninterrupted run.

They said that last year as well and they still took a break. So I expected there to be another one this year. ABC are full of sh*t. At least they aren't doing it right before the finale.

Meh, a 1 week break out between January-May is hardly the worst thing in the world. Could you imagine if we had been watching this season since September with a weeks break every 3 weeks? No thanks!

The extra week gives them more time to judge viewers reactions from earlier shows and tune the last couple of episodes they just finished filming this week.

I am sick at the thoughts of Lost finishing....:(

It's hard to believe the show is nearly over. I was thinking about this forum around the date of the finale. I would expect there will be record numbers in here.

They take a break every season, they are just trying to build up the tension to the finale and give them more time to edit the final few episodes.

So am I. But not sure how I'd feel if they were going on. This is the kind of show that has to have a finish. Can you imagine if they were going on and Mathew Fox announced he was leaving to pursue a careet in films and they decided they needed the Jack character so they had Jack undergo a magical swim in the temple pool and reemerge as a different character? Or if this season finished with another group of others landing on the island? Or Hurley died and Jacob took over his body?

With the way season 6 has gone I wouldn't rule any of those out.
