Chinavasion Quad band mobile, o2 pre pay wap connection

    Hi

    I've just bought a Thunder quadband mobile from Chinavasion and I'm trying to set up the internet and wap connection on it.
    I've googled the settings but they are not exactly listed on this phone as they appear in any of the recommended setting guides.
    For example the ip address requires 12 digits rather than 8.

    I'm not exactly tech savvy with mobiles but i set up the last phone (sony erricsson) no problem.

    Any opinions on this (other than not buying phones from China ;))

    An IP address can be various lengths

    72.85.12.1

    167.101.322.154

    for example. Just put the correct digits in for your wifi router, most likely 192.168.1.x
