What to buy off Debenhams online but they dont ship to Ireland from some strange reason?

Anybody know a way around it?

You could use a mail forwarding company in the UK. I've used www.my-uk-mail.co.uk in the past and been very happy with them. It can be expensive though so it's really worth it if you really badly want something or are saving a good bit of money buying in the UK .

Alot of stores now will only deliver to the billing address on the credit card for the first delivery at least. My Uk Mail offer a service whereby you pay them the money and they will purchase the item for you with their credit card which is registered to their UK address. The charge you 11% of the price of the item for the service though.

It's one you can look into. Maybe you can find a cheaper service. I can vouch for the one I mentioned being legit and very professional but as ever it comes at a price!

If you come across anything cheaper or better let us know.

I had a look at their website and its a far cry from professional. I understand you have had a good experience with them, but that always puts me off. After a quick search, I couldn't find the bad reviews I was expecting. I'd still be waiting with baited breath until my package arrived though. :)

Jenno, If you decide to use them, let us know how you get on.

Its quite easy make a note of the items you want and just phone the Dublin branch and ask for the mail order department. If its in stock they will post it out to you :)

Sometimes you see feature items from Debenams range in UK glossy magazines just phone the Dublin branch, we've found that they often have stock in Dublin when they are out of stock online :D

Edit> DOH!!! Just looking for a number for you and realised its House of Fraser we use occasionally for mail order stuff (excellent service), but that wouldn't stop me phoning a Debenams store if I particularly wanted something.
