    Hi Stinicker.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

We can indeed offer VAT Free sale to the South Of Ireland.

In order for us to be able to do this we would need a copy of your VAT cert. We need these details for our records on VAT Free sales.

The screen then must be delivered to the company address.

    I hope this helps :)

    Any other questions please ask.

    Hi Kenny,
Sorry to hijack the thread but I'm in the same position as Stinicker.

What do you mean by VAT cert? My company is VAT registered and we have the company reg number. Our details (and address) that can be viewed online from the www.cro.ie website. Is that enough for you?

    Hey Guys.

WE need to have a formal document sent from the VAT office that has both Company and VAT number on in. Most people send us a copy of the "Tax Clearance Certificate" which provides all the relivant details needed.

We need to have a copy of this information for our records.

The items can then only be ship to the business address.

    :D

I'm sure a vat payment receipt printed off www.ros.ie would work

As long as the paperwork supplied to us is offical paperwork from the VAT people then we should have no problem.

We can not accept headed letter paper containing VAT details or just the VAT number emailed by itself.

If the paperwork from the site mentioned by Tony is offical VAT documents then that will do nicely.

Once relevant paperwork has been supplied will will check it againts the VAT database to confirm details then we woudl be good to go.
