Just got word today.
I am delighted I went to the interview in March and had given up on getting an answer. I start next week.
Yippee, Yappie and Yahooey
Ok I wil try to calm down.

Its amazing I applied for another job almost a month ago as well. An hour after I got the call to say I had the job I got a call to go for an interview for the job I applied for last month.
I get the impression things are starting to pick up. Best of luck looking yourself.

It gave me hope as I had an interview two weeks ago and I have heard nothing so far and I was beginning to lose hope, maybe, just maybe I might still be in with a chance. Congratulations and thanks for the laugh with the picture of the dog

OP congrats, in relation to retail management, I agree, things are looking up. A lot of the british retailers got very used to new stores and increased turnover from Ireland and are now much more inclined to open new sites, thus making more jobs available for all of us!
