Thinking of moving to scotland

hi im 27 and doing ACCA at the minute but thinking of a career change to do Physiology. Im also thinking of moving to Scotland to do this and hopefully do it in the evenings and work during the day. Anyone know where is the best place to live in scotland and the best college for evening courses.
