    is it possible to setup bank transactions using php and apache / xampp? Or what is the solution for money transactions in apache?

    What kind of transactions do you want to do? For web based transaction processing Realex Payments provide solutions.

    for transactions you just use a third parties API and plug it into your site , im not sure what your trying to do with apache?
