Bloody fantastic concert last night, the BEPs certainly know how to put on a show. Cheryl Cole wasn't bad either If you are going tonight you are in for a great night.

You tube "black eyed peas dublin" and there are a good few videos posted already. The set was something else and as for the flying futuristic motorbike Plus Will I am's DJ set was amazing.

Absolutely amazing concert, they put on some show.

I thought the dj set when he was up in the air was fantastic. Fair play to the B.E.P's they certainly know how to entertain!!!

Couldnt agree more.

i am in my 40's and went with my 11 and 8 year old, not expecting too much as i am used to rock shows but the B.E.P.'s blew me away last night.

The DJ part was amazing, could be because he went "Old school"? but the whole show had me on my feet(My back is sore today!).

I have a new found respect for "New" music... As long as its not that manufactured crap.

I went on Sunday night and was blown away by the whole production....everything from beginning to end was brilliant.
I was standing, well actually jumpin the whole night long . Would love to see them again. Maybe Oxgen......

Is the o2 arena actually SMALLER than the Point was? I thought they expanded it but it looks tiny on those youtube videos of the BEP gig!

Ya I liked them back when they played Dublin Castle in 05 but couldn't make it as I was away.

People under-rate them but they spread a social and women's equality / empowerment message in some of their songs in an upbeat way which I think is cool. They remind me of Public Enemy in that respect (the social message).

Even in today's Herald the critic seemed to reluctantly enjoy the gig

the o2 holds 14000, 6000 more than the old point. however the whole layout has been shifted around. the old point was longer than it was wider, but the o2 is very wide but doesnt go as far back, meaning everyone is closer to the stage. kasabian recorded a live video for "vlad the impaler" in the o2 from their gig in november. in a couple of shots in the video the o2 looks bloody HUGE!


as for the black eyed peas gig, i wasnt at it but have heard great reports. im going to T in the Park in scotland, hadnt intended going to see them but might now, depends who theyre clashing with.
