how long will the pasta be edible?

    quick question guys,
    made chicken pasta with a creme sauce on friday and its been refrigerated since then. all ingredients where fresh when made... will it be still alright to re-heat tonight?

    Em... It'll probably be safe to reheat, but I don't know if it would be pleasant. It'd probably be very, very soggy.

    I would have given it up to yesterday lunchtime,at the very latest. Even a day later I find a tad unpleasant.

    Personally, I'd be throwing it straight in the bin. Cooked cream doesn't keep very well it is probably on the turn at this stage and IMHO its better to be safe than sorry.
