Me and my boyfriend were together a year and a half and we recently broke up. He hid a phone behind my back and lied to my face for a month about having it then the night after we broke up he goes off and is all over another girl in the club. I just dont know how to deal with never knowing wht exactly he did behind my back and if he ever cared. He now keeps texting me and facebooking me giving me complemnets and trying to be friends i just dont know how to deal with it"!

Cut contact, it's the only way to properly move on.

The longer you care about what he did/said, the more power you give him. Don't let him have that kinda control over your emotions, cos he's clearly proved he's not worth a moment's thought.

He lied, he's a shlt, end of story in my book. Forget him, cut him out of your life, move on.

theres a saying that applies to this case....ignorance is bliss.
honestly you don't want to know what other crap he did.
for the moment talk to your best friends and try to get all of this off your chest.

in time you'll start to care less and less about what he did. we know here that its easy to say move on and all that but just take your time for the moment and realise that although it'll probably wreck your head for a bit longer, as the weeks go by it'll leave your mind and you'll settle within yourself.

you want peace of mind so do try to blank him and you will feel better.
you don't want any more information about him swirling around your head.

i agree with all the girls. Take him off your friend list on facebook so he cant contact you, and make sure your profile is set on friends only for everything, so he cant find out anything about what you are up to, and delete his number

Honestly its the best thing to do. If you listen to him and what he did or didnt do, he will be able to say it all in a way that makes it not seem so bad and you will more than likely get hurt again
