Have 99 avensis, is to big for me and is on the way out. My dilemma is do I go for a "better" second hand car, or or a new kia rio diesel or i20 with scrappage. I test drove the i20 today AND is nice but my shin is catching on the lower dash housing????, there are no diesel new kia rios avail to drive yet in my area,…

I would really love a ceed but is not in my budget...Any advice?
