You'd really need to give a little more information for a proper recommendation

    (a) Do you want to fly - how far are you willing to travel
    (b) What do you want to see - big attractions, museums?
    (c) Where do you NOT want to go
    (d) An approximate budget - some cities are more expensive than others (i.e. Paris or London) compared to Lisbon

Well whats expensive for you? 300 is expensive for some people, 10000 is expensive for others!

You're only allowing €150 per person including flights, so you'd have to get a very cheap flight to your destination & then allow €60 max per night for somewhere to stay - to be honest, that's a very tight budget which might restrict you to hostels rather than B&B's and hotels. Are you prepared to do this?

Prague is a beautiful city, but it will be pretty cold in November. That said its a nice dry cold. I flew from Prague to Dublin in December. It was -15 in Prague, and about -2 in Dublin when I landed and Dublin felt colder.

I would recommend Prague, just pack some gloves and a warm hat.

AerLingus have a sale at the minute.

With a budget of 600euro altogether:

    -Flights to Paris with AerLingus
Departing Wed 24 Nov and returning Sat 27 Nov = 86euro per person = approx 180 altogether.
    - Stay at Hotel Riviera for the 3 nights, booking a standard double room = 263euro altogether.

So thats two flights @ 180
    a standard double room for 3 nights @ 263
    __________________________________________

altogether 443 euro with 150 euro leftover from a 600euro budget.

That AerLingus sale might not last long, and there are only two standard double rooms left at that hotel.

    aerlingus.com

Thats a great city with great sights, for just 220 euro each.

If you go towards the end of November, you could hit some of the Christmas markets in Germany, or Strasbourg in France which are really amazing...like proper winter wonderlands!

You will get them in Prague also. They are terrific. Even when its cold you can warm up with some hot wine or hot mead.
