    Hi,

I am a keen amateur chef, shelf taught. I have done a few classes in Cooks Academy in Dun Laoghaire and to be honest I thought it was very expensive and not all that great.

Can anybody recommend some good cookery courses in the Dublin area or close to Dublin?

    Thanks
