    Hi,

I have an interview with Jp morgan this week for a graduate roll and i was wondering has anyone gone through the same process in the last few months ?
I have been told i will have 2 30 min competency based interviews.
If i am succesful at this stage i will be invited back to do an assesment morning which will be on for three and a half hours.

If anyone has any advice or experience with this please share it .

    Much appreciated

One friend did this back in February/Early March time. She also went through Goldman Sacks graduate rounds.

She was very upset with the JP Morgan assessments for the first time. She prepared enormously and felt like they were ones that you couldn't really prepare for at all. She also was unhappy with the atmosphere and the way she was treated at both the first two interviews and the 3.5 hour assessment (though she felt this went better/easier).

By the end of the experience, I doubt she would have excepted anything they offered her. They paid for her flights over to London both times but took at least 6-8 weeks for her to be reimbursed rather expensive flights.

She was way happier with her experience with GS.

Another friend went through the process (different department to above) back in November and Late December and she was not told officially until early March that they would not be offering her a place after constantly fobbing her off.

I'm sorry this is very negative but I just feel it's better not to sugar coat things as it is the truth. However you maybe have a completely different experience depending on department/location. Congrats on getting even through to the first round, an achievement in itself.
