provisional out of date

    my provisional is out of date by a year, and im looking to get another bike soon . what do i have to do to get my 2nd provisional? do i need to do the test again or just re apply?

    any help wud be great thanks

    Looks like you just need to reapply.

    Here is the RSA sites instructions on how to apply.

    When getting a second permit it states that you must send in your previous permit, if you have held one in the previous 5 years. This should cover you.
