Architect Recommendation in South Dublin

    Hi guys and gals.

Embarking on a new build in Foxrock - slice of my wife's folks' garden. Narrow but ample size. Should come in at c. 2000 sq ft. Looking for a modern, clean, environmentally future-proofed build. We have strong ideas about what we want, rooms and style wise.

We're at a loss though when it comes to a recommendation for an architect who can help us through design, planning, tender, etc.

Has anybody recently engaged an architect around south dublin that they would be happy to recommend? I see from the rules of the forum this should be by PM.

Their fees would be important - even though it's Foxrock, my wife is on the dole and funds are tight!

Many thanks for any help in advance!

    hi all

would be interested to know the 'spread' of the fees -- lowest, highest, average. and if possible could you detail if there is a reason for the cheapness/expensiveness--eg draw plans, see through PP, visit site etc

    thanks
