Any of ye on here using these irons? I haven't hit them but they seem to have got good reviews online. Was wondering what the personal experiences have been towards them. Also what handicap range are they aimed at?

Hi, I've been playing AP1's for just over a year and overall am quite happy with them.

According to Titleist they are for the skilled to aspiring golfer whatever that means but as a low 20's handicapper I have found them easy and forgiving to hit. I bought them as I just don't like the mega game improvement irons with big heads and a large amount of offset.

The feel off the clubs is not as soft as a forged iron but not too harsh and when hit well they go further than any irons I've had previously.

The one criticism I would have is that they mark very easily and after a year of use look very well used though the performance is still fine.

Titleist have upgraded the model for 2010 but I have no experience of that one though reviews say that it is an improvement on the original. Hope this helps

would they be suitable for the 7-13 handicap range?

    7-13 would suit the AP2's
