    No, I wouldn't say it's dodgy. It's old-skool, inner city Cork. Vast majority absolutely grand, just be careful if walking around there late at night - like anywhere at that hour.

    Kinda agree with Simu, there are much better places to live, even the outskirts of Blackpool, i.e North Ring Road would be much better places. I've lived in most parts of the city, I'd avoid Shandon st and Blarney st.

    I would avoid it to be honest. A friend of mine lived there and it was quite rough at nighttime.
