    Anyone know of any providers of free shell accounts that suppuort HTTP tunelling? Preferably UK based.

    People use HTTP tunneling to get past geographic IP blocking to watch BBC iPlayer/Hulu etc so free shell providers will generally not allow it due to bandwidth costs.

    You could try Devio.us as long as your agree with their policy on tunneling. They are US based.
