Heatsink fan noise in Acer laptop

My heatsink fan is more noisier in Vista Home premium than in Vista Ultimate. It is an Acer Aspire5610z, 2GB RAM, T7200 2.0GHz, dual booting with Vista HP and Vista Ultimate. It is an Acer Aspire5610z, 2GB RAM, T7200 2.0GHz, dual booting with Vista HP and Vista Ultimate.
While I use HP the fan noise is very loud(not crackling but humming) but when I use Ultimate no problems what so ever, my fan has been recently cleaned while upgrading the CPU, I have applied AS5 and checked my Temps: idle 45-47 c under load 58-60 c max.
Any suggestions please.
