RAID 5 array. Which drives to use?

Pretty much as the thread title says.

I'm planning on buying maybe 3 / 4 1TB HDD's in the next week or two and would like to build an array with them.

It would be storage only (backing up dvd's, iso's etc.).
At the moment I have 2 1TB samsung F2s. 1 for storage, the other for backups and drive images.

This is where I'm a bit lost - Should I just buy more F2's (each ~ €10 cheaper than an F3) and build an array with them. or are ther better options?

I'm mainy worried about whether they (F2's) will last in a RAID array due to dropping out, lack of TLER etc.

    So, any advice?
