Has anyone heard the radio ad for ambosia rice "goody goody yum pots"? I mean the name of the thing is bad enough but the ad is even more irritating. Some quality idiot is doing 'the voice' of a cow(who knew that cows sound like deranged simpletons?) and the whole advertisement hinges on the [SARCASM]hilarious[/SARCASM]joke that the cow wants to be a kid with a tail.

Played at every commercial break on today fm.

I want to fling my radio across the room every time I here it:mad:

Picturing a grown woman in a recording studio pretending to moo halfway through words makes my brain cry, I hate that ad so much.

A cow wants to be a young goat? Whats wrong with that. Goats are cool. As far as I know, they already have tails. Maybe the cow feels bad that all the goat kids get rode and cows dont. He is just looking for some love.

Given that the target demographic is 6 year olds, I don't know what all the fuss is about...

Driving the last day, myself and a mate in the car, that ad comes on....nearly crash laughing at how bad it was.

Who thought that ad was good...I purposely will never buy another ambrosia product now after that.

I thought the super annoying americanized "Texaco with Tecron" ads were the worst I had ever heard, but I stand corrected.

I cringe ever time I hear that ad now.

I think ads these days are made to be deliberately annoying and a lot of the time retarded. They have all these idiots gurning, grinning and what-not. It's all in the name of advertising and getting people to talk about the ad hence talking about the product. It worked didn't it?? :D

Misleading title, I was really hoping for a picture of a child with a tail.

Brutal add though. I thought it was a joke....but it wasn't.

Heard something strange in another add. That new Wimax add on the radio. The one with the guy with a guitar singing a song.

It gets to a point and says about children "chatting with their friends and gay men online".

    I swear! WTF!

An absolutely atrocious ad. I think slaps are definately deserved, both for whoever in the ad agency actually came up with it and Ambrosia for going along with it. Just for badness I'm not going to buy any now!:p

Exposed to such an abysmal standard of advertising from a young age, these 6-year-olds may one day become the morketing executives who've given us Volvic Challenge commercials.

Its the most annoying ad Ive ever heard. I want to smash my radio and punch that fúcking woman every time I hear it

nobody has yet mentioned barry's tea ads (tv and radio) they seem to be intentionally bad which is worse in my option.

So better off not hearing it. I wish I could un-hear it, If such a ridiculous concept was even possible that is.

I cringed when I heard this the first time. Someone above said they have an image of a grown woman in a recording studio going 'moo' - exactly what I'm picturing.... and yeah the name is also a joke :pac:

I was going to post a long witty reply, but I have to urgently go to the nearest supermarket to buy some 'Goody Goody Yum Pots'. I suddenly have this mad craving for them.
